How to read our briefs

Every brief carries the same status line: “Policy position informed by published research; not itself a peer-reviewed publication.” Each one states a recommended action, the evidence behind it, and — just as deliberately — an evidentiary boundary describing what the research does not establish. If a claim you need is outside that boundary, do not make it.
